Troy started in commercial real estate in Las Vegas in 1996 with Americana Commercial working in the office sales and leasing division.  After gaining needed market knowledge he went to work for a regional retail shopping center developer that built multiple grocery anchored shopping centers in southern Nevada.  Since then he has been involved in multiple projects big and small including land assemblage, industrial, retail, office, and other projects.

Also, Troy is actively involved in the Northwest Valley with Youth Athletics and Tennis.

He is a graduate of Baker University, Kansas. BS Business.
